Relocation of the head office of a private lender to Puyallup

The Benaroya South Hill Business & Technology Center in Puyallup will soon host Builders Capital’s headquarters in early 2022, according to a press release from The Benaroya Company.

Builders Capital is a private lender, specializing in providing finance for residential construction projects. Its headquarters is moving from Seattle, according to the press release.

The move to Puyallup is necessary because Builders Capital now operates in 45 states and needs larger space, according to the press release. The new office will be 20,332 square feet and will accommodate over 130 local employees.

“Surrounded by regional builders and banks, Puyallup is an ideal area to find the top talent we need to support our borrowers with best-in-class service wherever they are,” said Beth Glein, Director of operation of Builders Capital.

Builders Capital has helped finance more than 30,000 single and multi-family homes across the United States since 2009, according to the press release. It is “one of the largest private construction lenders in the country.”

Builders Capital already has an office in Puyallup at 2910 South Meridian #310. Other sales offices are located in locations such as Boise, San Diego and Orlando.
